Not all of these are enabled all the time as some of them I may not need to use on a daily basis. While a few are new, there are some I have used for years.

DNT+ shows up on FF’s list of Extensions. It doesn’t work with IE, at least not yet.

Yes it is there and I just added it.
When I tried yesterday nothing showed in the list of possibilities. Probably a typo on my part.
